The Young Supply Chain Leadership Program (YSC) provides a comprehensive and holistic focus on capability development along multiple dimensions needed to drive supply chain leadership excellence – strategic thinking, operational excellence, business leadership and application competency.
To groom young Supply Chain Leaders of an organization's current young professionals (below 35 years old) in the operations and supply chain area by:
- Accelerating improvement of their strategic, technical and business competencies
- Advancing organisational leadership capabilities of these key personnel
- Enhancing their innovative and transformative thinking capabilities so as to think and act like the next generation of supply chain general managers and orchestrators
- Providing a holistic understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, immediately applicable to their daily work and thought processes
Who should attend
This executive development program is designed for high potential young professionals within the overall area of supply chain management - including procurement, sourcing, distribution fulfilment, manufacturing, logistics, freight management and demand planning.
The 3-day intensive executive training would be ideal for teams of 2 or more participants from the same company.
Participants can expect a series of blended learning experience, from lectures to team activities as well as case studies, peer-to-peer interaction and hands-on practicals.
After the training, participants have the option to work on applied/action learning projects – project mentoring and support will be provided for participants at the conclusion of the program.
